Yes, you should show your card to prevent errors. However, Customer Service can help if you forget your card. The cashier can search for your account by phone number or email address. You may also save your receipts and bring them back to the store once you've found your card—the cashier will ensure you receive points for those purchases.

There are two different ways to earn more Good Stuff Cheap, each with their own points bucket. Rewards are a lifetime points bucket that never expires and Ranks are an annual points bucket that reset each year with goals to hit 250 points and 500 points in one year.

This event is always on the first Tuesday of every month! Customers must be an existing Ollie’s Army Member or sign up in-store on this day to get the 10% off an Entire purchase discount. This discount is for all Ollie's Army Members who are Veterans, Active Duty Military, & their Dependents. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Customers must show valid proof of U.S. military service with a valid U.S. government-issued military ID card (examples could include active/retired ID on driver's license, DD214 paperwork, VA card, etc.) to redeem this offer.
