Most displays cannot be bought unless they are true buyouts, and we will not get the item again. The Store Manager can help you determine this.

In order to keep costs down, we do not transfer products between stores.

Due to the unique nature of our business, we often deal with closeouts and limited quantities. Unfortunately, we may sell out of specific products. We are not here to trick or fool you... quantities are limited, and when they're gone, they're gone! Contact your favorite Ollie's store to find out if this item is a closeout or bankruptcy item or if they are simply waiting for new stock to arrive.

Certified Refurbished Products are items that have been returned to the manufacturer for various reasons such as the box being opened before the product was sold, the item being returned by a customer, or the product having a cosmetic blemish during manufacturing. The manufacturer then cleans, performs a thorough inspection, and restores the item to like-new condition by making any necessary repairs and ensuring it meets all factory specifications. Although the item may contain cosmetic blemishes, it is otherwise in perfect working order.

Our orange sticker is on the front of every item so you to see our everyday low prices! Many of our items are purchased on closeout so we are unable to use the product's UPC bar code. Because of this, we have to ticket the vast majority of our products with our orange price ticket. Customers have successfully used a blow dryer on low heat to get the sticker off.
